    Shipping Policy

    1. Delivery Coverage

    Body Pharm currently ships to all Emirates within the United Arab Emirates, including Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Sharjah, Ajman, Umm Al Quwain, Ras Al Khaimah, and Fujairah.

    2. Same-Day Delivery

    Orders placed before 2:00 PM GST on business days are eligible for same-day delivery within Dubai and select areas. Orders placed after the cut-off time or on weekends and public holidays will be dispatched on the next business day.

    3. Packaging

    All orders are shipped in plain, unmarked packaging with no external branding or product descriptions. Orders are packaged to maintain temperature integrity and compound stability in transit.

    4. Shipping Fees

    A flat delivery fee of AED 25 applies to all orders. Free shipping may be offered on promotional bundles or orders above a specified threshold, as indicated at checkout.

    5. Order Tracking

    Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a WhatsApp notification with delivery tracking details. You can also check your order status from your Account dashboard.

    6. Temperature-Controlled Handling

    Research compounds are handled and transported under appropriate conditions to preserve product integrity. Orders are packed with insulated materials where required.

    7. Failed Deliveries

    If a delivery cannot be completed due to incorrect address details or unavailability, we will attempt to contact you via WhatsApp. A re-delivery fee may apply for subsequent attempts.
