Returns & Refund Policy

1. Return Eligibility

Due to the sensitive nature of research compounds, we can only accept returns on unopened, sealed products in their original packaging. Returns must be initiated within 7 calendar days of delivery.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

• Products that have been opened, used, or had their seals broken
• Products damaged due to improper storage by the customer
• Products purchased during promotional sales marked as final sale

3. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us via WhatsApp or our Contact page with your order number and reason for return. Our team will provide return instructions within 24 hours.

4. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.

6. Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled free of charge before dispatch. Once an order has been dispatched, it is subject to the standard return process outlined above.
